We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Personalization & Insights to join our product team. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer product management, personalization technologies, and a passion for health and fitness. Experience with large language models (LLMs) is required.


  • Personalization Strategy: Develop and execute a personalization strategy that aligns with WHOOP’s mission and business objectives. Leverage insights from LLMs and other AI technologies to deliver highly customized user experiences.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the roadmap for personalized features, prioritizing initiatives based on potential to improve member engagement and satisfaction.
  • Feature Development: Lead the product development lifecycle for personalized features—from concept through ideation, design, and launch—focusing on creating impactful user experiences.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with teams across the organization, including data science, engineering, UX/UI design, and marketing, to ensure successful feature implementation and go-to-market strategies.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Use analytics to assess feature performance, gather user feedback, and make informed decisions about future enhancements.
  • Consumer Insights: Continuously gather and analyze consumer behavior and market trends to guide feature development and ensure WHOOP remains a leader in personalized health tech.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluate new AI capabilities for their potential return on investment, guiding strategic decisions about technology adoption.


  • Demonstrated experience launching and managing consumer-focused products, with specific expertise in personalization and consumer insights.
  • Technical understanding of AI and Personalization: Familiarity with the capabilities of LLMs and other AI technologies in the context of personalization and consumer engagement.
  • Member focus: Ability to define clear member problems to solve related to personalization
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable product features.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage cross-functional projects and drive team success.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively, take calculated risks, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
