At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock human performance. WHOOP empowers users to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. WHOOP is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and evolve our Order and Logistics Platform, leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of this critical member-facing and technical domain. Partnering closely with Engineers, Systems Analysts, and the Analytics team, you will drive the end-to-end feature set, user experience, and strategic decisions for the tools, data, and systems that power our ability to go to market, execute, fulfill, and return orders, and recognize revenue.
You will have accountability for various initiatives within WHOOP’s business, integrating critical workflows across e-commerce orders, shipping and logistics, and subscription management. This includes owning and improving our entire Free trials order flow, from delivery to returns; rebuilding the returns process to enhance member experience and efficiency; and developing technology with our 3PL partners to predict inventory needs for preorders. Additionally, you will support and scale the underlying platform that enables the finance, growth, and operations teams to perform at their best.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take ownership of key company metrics related to system uptime, order processing rate, returns success, and other relevant indicators of reliability and gross margin.
  • Manage end-user experiences, including shipping (cost, delivery, status) and returns, logistics, and order processing, as well as internal user experiences supporting site merchandisers, Growth Product teams, Membership Services, and Operations.
  • Own and optimize systems such as ERP, warehouse software and fulfillment, revenue recognition, support tooling, and SKU management.
  • Collaborate with Engineers and Analysts to break down and prioritize user needs, and to scope and define detailed product requirements.
  • Collect and analyze internal and external customer needs and feedback through rigorous research and testing methodologies.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to formulate compelling business cases for new product ideas and to assess the performance of launched features.
  • Develop and manage relationships with third-party suppliers, vendors, and services to ensure smooth operations.
  • Facilitate product discovery, development, and delivery for new products and improvements across mobile and back-end infrastructure.
  • Set a product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for your product area and team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Software, Finance, Marketing, Growth, and other departments to drive business strategy and integration of critical workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Management with a clear record of successful delivery and impact collaborating with an engineering team.
  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Excel/Google Sheets skills are required. Experience with SQL/Amplitude/Looker for data analysis is a plus (and will be required to learn on the job).
  • Experience working with physical product logistics, e-commerce and/or subscription companies, ideally for a company with an international presence and in coordination with finance team stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and driving commerce business processes through platforms like Netsuite and Salesforce, and integrating with third parties for operational logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop a long-term strategy from business requirements spanning multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate learnings, analysis, and opportunities to Design, Engineering, Analytics, and other stakeholders.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, positive attitude, and passionate about the fitness and wellness space.
